Robert "Bob" Carter 1942 - 2009 Robert Carter, 66, of Moncton passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 26th, 2009 after a brief illness. Born in Parkindale, Albert Co. son of the late James and Margaret (Prosser) Carter. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Corinne "Coco" Keenan, three sons, Todd (Jackie) of Lakeville, Troy (Lisa) of Lakeville, Mark Cormier of Moncton, four granddaughters; Jessica, Courtney, Keri and Emma as well as a special niece, Sonia LeBlanc Silliker. Robert is also survived by three brothers; Lawrence (Sherrill) of Moncton, John (Elaine) of Moncton and Michael (Beth) of Moncton and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Robert was predeceased by his brother, Gerald (1994). Robert was Co-Owner of Carter Brother's Ltd. Bob's special interests were collecting antique farm tractors and he loved old cars. He also had a great love for horses and enjoyed attending all the local County Fairs. Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Friday January 30th, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Memorial service on Saturday, January 31st, 2009 from the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home at 2:00 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations in Robert's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
