Rose Theresa Parsons Rose Theresa Parsons, 79 Tatamagouche, passed away February 13, 2009 in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche. Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late Nigel and Mamie (Shebib) Holbeche. Rose worked as a CNA at St. Rita's Hospital, Sydney, and then as a corrections officer at the Nova Scotia Correctional Centre in Lower Sackville. Surviving are daughters, Lynn Parsons, Dartmouth; Donna Jaillet (Archie), Caissie Cape, N.B.; foster-daughter, Louise Nicholson (Ron), Tatamagouche; sons, Lloyd Parsons (Debbie), Edmonton; George Parsons, Kellowna, B.C.; grandchildren, Chrystal, Jillian, Christopher, Joe, Jimmy, Johnny, Tracy, and foster-granddaughter, Jillian; several great grandchildren; sisters, Gertrude Moore, Sydney; Ellen Rose (Charles), Sydney; Evelyn Waye (Joe), Sydney; Betty Rayburn, Sydney; Diane Murchison (Kenny), Lower Sackville; brothers, Nigel Holbeche, Orillia, Ontario; George Holbeche (Sharon), Oakville, Ontario. She was predeceased by infant son, Arthur Holbeche; sister, Dorothy Collins. Cremation has taken place. No visitation or funeral services by request.
