Suzanne LeBlanc

Suzanne LeBlanc 1908 - 2009 Suzanne LeBlanc, who was an exemplary mother to her children, to whom she will be greatly missed, has passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 25th, 2009 at the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche at the age of 100 years and 4 months. Residing at the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, and formerly of Saint-Edouard de Kent, she was married to the late Alderic F. LeBlanc (1989). Born in Sainte-Anne de Kent on October 28th, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Martin and the late Hélène (Richard) Caissie. She is survived by her thirteen children that she loved very much, Royal (Mary) of Pennsylvania, Father Léopold LeBlanc of Saint-Edouard de Kent, Rachel Landry of Dieppe, Bernard (Betty) of California, Marie Landry (Eric) of Cape-Pelé, Carmella LeBlanc (Lawrence) of Caissie Village, Bernadette Blais (late Yvon) of Saint-Edoaurd de Kent, Estelle Cormier (late Jean Charles) of Moncton, Aline Mallet (Rhéal) of Saint-Edoaurd de Kent, Juliette Duguay (late Valier) of Riverview, Gérard of Ontario, Raymonde Cormier (Maurice) of Saint-Antoine, and Denise Girouard (Elmo) of Saint-Edoaurd de Kent, thirty nine grandchildren, forty two great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren, one adoptive brother, Edgar Richard (Marie) of Washington State, and several nephews and nieces. Suzanne was predeceased by three sisters, Marie, Pauline and Elise, and three brothers Josephat, Martin, and François. Visitation will be held at the Sainte-Anne de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, on Friday February 27th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and on Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Sainte-Anne de Kent Church on Saturday February 28th, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Suzanne's memory donations can be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
