Charles LeBlanc

Charles LeBlanc 1935 - 2009 Charles LeBlanc, 73, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, February 28th 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB. Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Alphonse and the late Melina (née: Belliveau) LeBlanc. He retired as a public servant with the federal government. Charlie was an avid outdoor enthusiast. He also had a passion for pool, chess, old movies, reading and spending time with his family. Over the years he was involved in scuba diving, martial arts and was an expert at crosswords. Charlie also enjoyed volunteering within the community. He is survived by his wife, Huberte (née: Robichaud); one daughter, Rachel (Peter) Gauvin of Pte-du-Chêne; two sons, Daniel (Huguette) and Mike (Cheryl), both of Dieppe and also by five grandchildren: Margot, Jonathan, Marcel, Michael(Louise) and Nicolas. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Monday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Tuesday from 1 pm until time of service. Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009 at 3 pm.
