Russell Cormier 1933 - 2009 Russell Cormier, 75, of Shediac passed away suddenly at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Thursday, March 19th, 2009. Born December 29th, 1933 in Bas Cap-Pelé, he was the son of the late Clément and Lina (Jaillet) Cormier. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Cormier was a truck driver with Shediac Lobster Shop. Russell will be sadly missed by his loving family, daughter Mary-Ann Bourque (Rodrigue) of Shediac; three sons: Robert (Susan), Donald (Anna) both of Shediac, and Guy (Peggy) of Salisbury; three sisters: Dorothy Code (Tom) of West Dover, NS, Clémence Cormier of Shediac, Fernande Sinnott (Dave) of Florida; 15 grandchildren: Joleen, Naythan, Sophie, Chelsie, Christopher, Rodrick, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Albert, Mélanie, Monica, Donald, Jérémie, Melissa and Étienne, and by many nephews, nieces and friends. He is predeceased by his wife, Juliette (Gallant) (1999), a daughter Nancy Richard (2005), a great grandson Sébastien (2008) and a brother Robert (2005). Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Sunday, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Monday, from 9:30 am until time of departure. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, March 23rd, 2009 at Saint- Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
