Leonard Alfred Jardine 1930 - 2009 Leonard Alfred Jardine passed away suddenly at his home in Stroud, Ontario, March 25, 2009. Born in lower Derby, NB, he was the son of the late Frank & May Jardine (Warn) Leonard served in the Canadian Armed Forces and was a Korean war veteran. Survived by daughters Virgie Groth, Sowja Kemenan, Germany; step-daughters, Demmie Patakfalvia (Chuck), Darlene Estey, Barrie, ON, Dorothy Kennedy, Toronto; step-sons, Michael Estey, Niagara Falls, Darrell Estey (Angie) Ontario; sisters, Audrey Purcell (John), Dorothy Ways (Myles), Riverview, NB; step-sisters, Lillian Jardine, Timins, ON, Connie Hooper, Atl., Georgia, Phoebe Sheppard, LR. Derby, NB; step-brother, Murray Hinchey, Napan, NB; several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by first wife Krystal Reuss; second wife, Shirley Estey; sisters, Gwen, Molly; and brother, Tom Funeral service was held at Scott Funeral Home, Barrie, ON with Rev. Anita Farmer officiating. Interment to be in Millerton, NB at a later date.
