68, Glace Bay It is with great sadness that we the family announce the sudden passing of Francis Lester McKinnon on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax, at the age of 68. Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Rannie and Lavene Farrow McKinnon. Lester is survived by his son, Lester Jr.; brother, Arnold (Judy), Terry (Joan). Lester was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, at Calvary Cemetery, Glace Bay. Arrangements have been entrusted to Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union St., Glace Bay, 849-7520.
