77, Baleine It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edward Perry on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at the Cove Guest Home. Born in Baleine, he was the son of the late Edward and Sarah (Taylor) Perry. He was employed with Mullins in Main-a-Dieu and then National Sea Product until his retirement. Eddie is survived by his wife, Janie; stepchildren, Betty, Mary, Annette, Darlene and Roddie; his children, Lorena Perry (Reggie Carter), Darlene Brenton (Paul Koziel), Neil Perry; his grandchildren, Brent Perry, Neil and Angela Brenton, Terri and Eric Bowles, Kyle and Candace Bowles and Brittany Goyetche and his precious great-grandchildren, Melanie Lyle, and Carson Brenton. He is also survived by his sisters, Olive (Jack) de'Vries and Stella Tellum, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Eddie was predeceased by his daughter, Joanne Bowles, sisters, Kate, Margaret, Mildred, Annie and Janet, brothers, James, Angus and Roy. Visitation will take place Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, at the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 28, 2008, at the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home Chapel, with Fr.
