Vincent Tracy Vincent Tracy, 86, of Belleville, Ontario, passed away at the Belleville Hospital on May 6, 2009. Born in Moncton, he was a son of the late Fred and Annie (Tingley) Tracy. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Willa (Hoar) Tracy, of over 61 years; his daughters, Ruth (Paul) Hoy, Oakville, ON, Margaret (Brian) Bennett, Peterborough, ON, Mildred (Grant) Nielson, Grande Prairie, AB; and one son, Martin (Sharon) Tracy, Craven, SK; also by one brother, Curtis Tracy, Riverview, NB; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Gertrude Clark; and a brother, Donald.
