Roy J. Cudmore 1930 - 2009 Roy Cudmore of Riverview passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 after a lengthy illness. Husband of the late Esther (Landry) Cudmore "2006". Born June 11, 1930, son of the late Benjamin and Alberta Cudmore and step father, Frank Melvin. Roy will be sadly missed by five daughters; Linda Cudmore of Burnaby, BC, Susan Hicks (Doug) of Grande Digue, Sandra LeFort of Riverview, Sharon Beaumont (Bernie Cormier) of Dieppe and Shelley Richard (Bernie) of Dieppe, grandchildren; Jennifer Crocker (Scott) of Dieppe, Duane Hicks of Grande Digue, Jessie LeFort of Edmonton, AB as well as one great grandchild Reese Crocker. He is also survived by one brother, Archie (Margaret) Cudmore as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife Esther and his parents, Roy was predeceased by two sisters, Hazel Mullins and Stella Strayhorn, three brothers Harold Cudmore, Sterling Cudmore and Kenneth Cudmore. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Thursday, May 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Friday May 15, 2009 at 10:00 am followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room.
