Passed away at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre on Monday, August 18, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer, John Joseph Baird, age 75 years (retired CNR employee). Predeceased by his loving wife Bernadette and son John. Left with fond memories are sons Robert (Carol), Michael (Sherry); daughters Gail (Craig Murray), Sandra (Randy Bastow); daughter-in-law Debbie; six grandchildren Tina, Robbie, Michael, Krista, Sarah, Jessica and four great-grandchildren; also a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, August 21 at 12 noon from Caul's Chapel. Interment to follow Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. "We shall meet again"
