FOWLER, ARTHUR H. - Arthur H. Fowler, 73, of Moncton passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009 at The Moncton Hospital. Born December 22, 1935 at River Hebert, NS he was the son of the late Herbert and Mary (Arseneau) Fowler. He will be sadly missed by his brother, James 'Jim' (Cécile) Fowler Moncton; three sisters: Dorothy (Edmond) Cormier, Alice Kammer, Sharon LaFrance all of Moncton. Besides his parents he is predeceased by a sister Margaret Brown.
