ADOLPHE J. ARSENAULT
ARSENAULT, ADOLPHE J. - Adolphe J. 75, of Essex Street, Moncton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, August 7, 2009. Born September 26, 1933 in Rosaireville, NB , he was the son of the late John and Emma (Brideau) Arsenault. Adolphe was employed at CN prior to his retirement in 1973. He will be remembered as being a prankster with a great sense of humour, and for watching hockey Saturday nights. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Léona (Gallant) Arsenault; his ten children, Irene Hansen (Gary), Doris Maillet (John Learette), Jacqueline Arseneau (Daniel), Germaine (Louis Leger), Diane Partridge (Bernie), Thérèse Murray (Mark), Alice Buell (Bob), and Charline LeBlanc (Roger) all of Moncton, Eveline Daigle of Shediac, and a son, Yvon (Jackie Allain) of Québec; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi Roman Catholic Church, Dominion Street, Moncton, on Wednesday, August 12 at 2 p.m. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday from 1 p.m. until departure (1:45 p.m.) Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
