BRUN, PATRICK ''PAT'' - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick ''Pat'' Brun of Cap-Pelé, 79, on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton following a lengthy illness. Born January 5, 1930 in Portage, N.B., he was the son of the late Thaddée and Alvina (Doiron) Brun. Prior to his retirement, Pat was employed with Edmond Gagnon Ltd. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Rita (Duguay) and their four children: Gisèle Babineau (Daniel) of Grande-Digue, Maurice (Carole Cormier) and Marcel of Portage and Michel (Marie) of Grand-Barachois; by a brother and a sister Joe (Lucille) and Géraldine Brun of Cap-Pelé; eight grandchildren: Shawn, Lisa, Gino, Janik, Julie, Isabelle, Justin and Jérémie; a great granddaughter Cassandra, and by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a son and daughter: Gilles and infant Patricia, a sister and several brothers: Yvonne, Gérard, Léonard and Alcide.
