LOGGIE, INA E. - 1921-2009 - Miramichi - Ina Elizabeth Loggie, widow of the late Robert A. Loggie, of Loggieville, Miramichi, passed away surrounded by family, at her residence, on Thursday, August 21, 2009, following a brief illness. Born in Napan Bay, on August 7, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Emma (Wood) Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of Knox United Church, Miramichi; a life member of the U.C.W. of her church. She is survived by three daughters, Adele Penney (Tolson), of Moncton, Minerva O'Donnell (Ian), of Amherstburg, Ont., Gwen Kelly (John), of Miramichi; three sons, Ronald Loggie (Ruth), Stephen Loggie (Wendy) and Bruce Loggie (Lana), all of Miramichi; one sister, Verne Glendenning (Ken), of Napan; one brother, William Taylor, of Napan Bay; seventeen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 1973; one sister, Marjorie Lutes; three brothers, Ira, Orville and Roland Taylor. Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 king St., Miramichi, on Saturday evening, from 7 to 9 pm and Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Knox United Church, Miramichi, on Monday, August 31, 2009, at 11 am, conducted by Wendell Gregan. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
