BURKE, AUDREY - 1914 - 2009 - Audrey Elizabeth Burke of McNair Manor, Riverview on Saturday, August 29th, 2009 in her 95th year, went home to be with her Saviour, whom she dearly loved. She is predeceased by her devoted husband of 60 years, Wilfred Burke (1996); her sisters, Jessie, Dorothy, Isabell; and her brothers, Alister, Archibald, James and Eric as well as her parents James and Jessie McLean of London, Ontario. Survived by sister, Zelma Wood. Cherished mother of Marilyn, mother-in-law of David Hardy, grandmother of Brendan, Moncton and Cheri-Lynn of Lower Coverdale and great-grandmother of Sarah. Mrs. Burke's family will receive relatives and friends at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 1st, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009 in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Bible League would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy by the family.
