BASTARACHE, RITA - 1917 - 2009 - Rita Bastarache, 91, of ProTem Health Services, Moncton, formerly of Cousteau Street, Dieppe, passed away on Saturday, August 29th, 2009 at her residence. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and the late Cecile (née: Richard) Bourgeois. She is survived by one daughter: Patricia (Don) Cronk of Newport Center, VT; one son, Jerry (Jo-Anne) of South Branch, NB; several brothers and sisters; five grandchildren: Michael, Jennifer, Maura, Danielle and Alysa; one great grandson, Eli, and also her cousin, "la p'tite" Emma Bourgeois, who provided loving care in her last years. She was predeceased by her husband, Eli in 2003; one son, Edgar and also by brothers and sisters. No visitation by request. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste.-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 1st 2009 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
