VAUTOUR, DENISE- 59, loving wife of Edouard Vautour passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Friday, September 4, 2009. She resided in Dieppe and was formerly of Grand-Barachois. Born November 19, 1949 in Boudreau Office, she was the daughter of Laurida Cormier and the late Ola Boudreau. Besides her husband Edouard and mother Laurida Boudreau (Eugène Perry) of Scoudouc, she will be sadly missed by her son Miguel (Lisa) of Dieppe, two grandsons, Maxime and Lukas, eight brothers, Robert Boudreau (Majella) of Shediac, Jacques Boudreau (Emerise) of Grand-Barachois, Omer Boudreau (Hélène) of Scoudouc, Clarence Boudreau (Delcia) and Allain Boudreau (Joanne) both of Boudreau Office, Hervé Boudreau (Patricia) and Eugène Boudreau (Cristal) both of Calgary, Henri Boudreau (Lianne) of Ottawa; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her son Mathieu (1976) and by her father Ola (1990). During her teaching career of 32 years, Denise was a teacher at l'école Centrale and l'école Monseigneur - François - Bourgeois in Shediac. Since her retirement, Denise and Edouard spent their winters in Englewood, Florida. She was a member of l'association des enseignantes et enseignants francophone du Nouveau-Brunswick and a member of several other organisations. Denise enjoyed her flower garden, photography, dancing, her computer and art projects. The family will receive relatives and friends at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9 .m. only. There will be no public visitation on Wednesday prior to the funeral. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Saint-Henri Roman Catholic Church, Grand-Barachois. Burial will take place in the Grand-Barachois Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Denise may be made to the Oncology or the Palliative care unit education fund of the Dr. Georges-L.
