DICKINSON, MURIEL L. - Muriel L. Dickinson of Lower Coverdale passed away Tuesday, September 29th at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born May 1, 1924 in Madison, Maine, she was the daughter of late Ralph and Medison (Estabrooks) Kelly. Muriel was a former member of Wesley Memorial United Church. Prior to her retirement from K-Mart after twenty-five years service, she was employed with the T, Eaton Company. An avid bowler and a proud member of the Sexy Seniors Bowling Group. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her two daughters, Joan Baker of Pickering ON., Bonnie O'Connell of Lower Coverdale; a son, Douglas Dickinson of Elgin; eight grandchildren, Tammy, Melissa, David, Tracy, John, Sally, Kensey and Ashley; nine great grandchildren, Haley, Matthew, Daniel, Brittany, Tre, Kobe, Dustin, Graycie, and Seth; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wesley Dickinson and her grandson, Danny Graham. The family will receive friends and visitors at Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2009) on Thursday from 7 to 9. The funeral service will take place at Cobb's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 2nd at 1:00 pm with Pastor Chris White officiating; the interment will take place at Alderwood Cemetery.
