VIVIAN P. STUART
STUART, VIVIAN P. - 1933-2009 - The death of Vivian P. Stuart, widow of the late Charles Stuart, of Worthington Ave, Moncton and formerly of the Brown Road, Berry Mills occurred at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, October 24th, 2009. Born in Ship Harbour, NS, March 29th, 1933 she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Cowan) Newcombe. Prior to the birth of her second child, Vivian had worked at Zellers and after his birth she worked with her husband, Charlie, in the family business on Steeves Mountain. Vivian was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her main interest was that her children were doing well and she enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters, Margaret Ann and Tristen May. She loved to play cards and was always ready for a game of Queens, Crazy Eights or Cribbage. She also liked to read and knit. She is survived by her children, Donna (Tom) Densmore of Steeves Mountain and Chris (Linda LeBlanc) of Saint Antoine, NB; her sisters, Yvonne Crawford of Dartmouth, Ruth Ingram of Thunder Bay ON; sister in law, Hilda Newcombe of Porters Lake, NS; brothers in law, Vaughn (Carol) Stuart of Guelph, ON, Gerald (Donna) Stuart, of Albert, NB, Victor Eisan of Spryfield, NS, Elwood Owens of Sheet Harbour, NS; two step grand sons, Jason and Tyler and many nieces and nephews. She was also devoted to her two dear pets, Wiggles the cat and Fred the bird. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Charlie Stuart and her wonder dog, Rocky. It was Vivian's request that there not be any visiting hours or funeral service. A family graveside service will be held in Birchill Cemetery, Berry Mills.
