
KAY (DRISCOLL) TAYLOR
TAYLOR, KAY (DRISCOLL) - The death of Kay Taylor (Driscoll), wife of the late Robert E. Taylor passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2009 after a lengthy illness at the age of 84. Kay was born on June 14, 1925 in Chatham Head, NB to the late George and Sophie Drisdelle. Survived by seven daughters, Donna (Joey), Betty (Mark), Carolyn, Rose (Dave), Judy (Bill), Hazel and Theresa (Bob); two sons, Ray (Susan) and David; five sisters, Rita (Joe), Vern (Johnny), Nan (Joe), Shirley (Kirby) and Linda; three brothers, Herbert (Carmel), Sonny (Deanna) and Allison; twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by an infant son, Allan; three brothers, Raymond, Edward (Babe) and Doran and long time companion Don McClure. Visitation will be held at Bell's Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 11 am from St. Samuel's Roman Catholic Church, Douglastown, NB with Father Maurice Swift officiating. Burial will follow in St. Samuel's Roman Catholic Cemetery. In Kay's memory a donation may be made to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or a memorial of ones choice.
