DRURY, PETER LESLIE - 60, of Petitcodiac, passed away on October 31, 2009. Born in Petitcodiac, he was a son of the late R. Leslie and Ethel (nee Davis) Drury. Peter worked at Armour Transportation Systems as a driver; he had recently received his 2 Million Mile Award for safe driving. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 41 in Petitcodiac. Peter enjoyed golf, darts, music (especially old time Rock and Roll), and was a true Maple Leafs fan. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Drury (nee Reynolds); his daughter, Michelle Duncan (Ronnie) of Moncton; his sister, Susan Saunders (Allan) of Petitcodiac; his half-brothers, David Harding (Penny), and Ken Ormsby (Paulette), all of Ontario, as well as by nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm; the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 41 will be holding a tribute service on Tuesday at 6:45 pm; the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm with Rev. Dick Black presiding, all in Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac. Interment will be held in Maplewood Cemetery. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
