STEEVES, ANDREW (ANDY) WALTER - 55, of Synton passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Elgin he was a son of Elsie (MacPherson) Steeves and the late Lewis Steeves. Andy retired from the Moncton Hospital's housekeeping department after 27 years service and he enjoyed working around the family homestead, his daily trips to Tim Horton's and had a passion for car shopping. He was a member of Five Points Baptist Church where he was a former custodian. Survived and sadly missed by his mother Elise Steeves with whom he resided; sister Cheryl Leaman (Gary) of Prosser Brook; brothers Michael (Jocelyn) of Westfield, Kim (Shelley) of Boundary Creek; cherished nieces and nephews Jenny Leaman, Charity Leaman, Tracey Steeves, Newel Leaman, Bradley Steeves and Keven Steeves. Survived also by aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends that he always had time to share a conversation with. Predeceased by his grandparents Walter and Willena MacPherson, Walter and Jennie Steeves and a niece Terri Steeves. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and from where the funeral will be Wednesday, November 18 at 1:30 pm with Rev.
