MCGRATH, FRANCES CORINNE (1925 - 2009) - The death of Frances Corinne McGrath, widow of the late Stan McGrath of Moncton occurred at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital Moncton on Monday November 16th 2009. Born February 24th 1925 in Moncton she was the only child of the late Leo and Frances (McGraw) Bourque. During the 1940s and 1950s Corinne had worked as a clerk with UIC. She had attended both St Augustine's and St Bernard's Catholic Churches in Moncton. Corinne is survived by her daughter Catherine (Glenn) of Moncton, son Eric (Bonnie) of Quispamsis, granddaughter Melissa, grandson James, step grandsons Chris, Adrian, Lorne, step grand daughters Nova and Brie as well as several step great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 55 years Stan McGrath in August 2006. Corinne will be resting at Cadman Bowness Funeral Home (857-1110) 114 Alma Street Moncton with visiting hours Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Mass will be held at St Bernard's Church, 43 Botsford Street Moncton on Friday November 20th at 930 a.m. followed by a reception in the church hall. Interment will follow at the Shediac Catholic Cemetery, 415 Main Street, Shediac. In Corinne's memory, donations to the Moncton Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.
