CHISHOLM, CAMPBELL "GIG" - Campbell "Gig" Chisholm, 90, of Golden Years Estates and formerly of Leslie St., passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Born in Pictou County, NS, he was the son of the late Cameron and Isabelle (Campbell) Chisholm. Gig was a retired machinist at CNR with over 30 years service and attended Wesley Memorial United Church. He enjoyed bowling, loved baseball and hockey, enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends and loved his trips to Boston. Gig is survived by his nephew, Greg Carmichael, Dartmouth, NS and several loving nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Mabel P. Chisholm (November 2007); sister, Dorothy Carmichael. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Friday 2 to 5 pm. Visitation, Saturday, 1 to 2 pm at First United Church of Trenton, Trenton, NS. Funeral Service, First United Church of Trenton, Saturday, December 5, 2009, 2:00 pm.
