BOYD, THERESE - 1920 - 2009 - Thérèse Boyd, 89, of Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Wednesday, December 16th 2009 at her residence. Born in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Aimée and the late Elodie (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Mrs. Boyd worked as a nurse for the V.O.N. for 19 years, she was a member of the Saint-Anselme parish. She is survived by two daughters: Heather (Kevin) Allen of Hillsborough and Karen (Mohamed) Beroual of Scoudouc Road; one sister, Phyllis Gould; 11 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephew. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald in 1993; one daughter, Gail; one son, Derrick; six sisters: Gertrude, Marguerite, Créola, Rosemonde, Alphonsine and Doris and also by one brother, Léonard. Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901), on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm. Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, December 21st 2009 at 10 am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe.
