RICHARD, LOUISA - Louisa Richard, 90, wife of the late Hervé Richard formerly of Cap-Pelé passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at the Protem Health Care Center, Moncton. Born August 27, 1919 in Amherst, N.S. she was the daughter of the late Paul Légère and the late Eulalie Gaudet. She will be lovingly remembered by three daughters: Joanne Richard (Paul) and Louise Hartley (David) both of Moncton, Rosemarie Lirette (Roger "Butch") of Grand-Barachois, two sons: Francis and Charles (Brenda) both of Cap-Pelé; one sister, Lina Niles of Cap-Pelé, eight grandchildren: Carly, Nicholas, Anika, Jeffrey, Justin, Christophe, Lisa and Sarah; one great grandchild, Tyler, a special godson Roger Lirette of Ontario and by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Hervé (2008), a sister Délima Boudreau and a brother Alyre Légère. Louisa was a school teacher until she met and married the love of her life Hervé and devoted her life to being a wife, mother and grandmother. Visitation at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Rd., Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday, from 9:30 am until time of departure 10:20 am. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In her memory, donations to the Comité d'entraide de Cap-Pelé or the Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
