BABINEAU, ALBERT - Albert Babineau, 93, formerly of Old Shediac Road, Shediac passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born January 13, 1916 in Shediac, he was the son of the late Thomas and Hélène (LeBlanc) Babineau. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Babineau was employed with CoOp Dairy for 27 years. He is survived by a son Raymond (Dorine) and two daughters: Bertha Mongrain (Gilles) and Louise Grummitt (David) all of Hamilton, ON, a sister Rosé Dupuis (Willie) of Shediac Cape, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Lorraine (Despres) Babineau (Dec. 23, 2008), a sister Mélina and by four brothers: Henri, Tilmon, Yvon and Alphée. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Friday, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Saturday, from 10 am until time of departure at 10:50 am.
