STEEVES, VAUGHN W. - Vaughn W. Steeves, 91, of Spencer Memorial Home, Moncton, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Born in Rosevale, he was the son of the late William and Martha (Ricker) Steeves. Vaughn was a former farmer and retired from the T. Eaton Co. Ltd. He was a member of Parkside Baptist Church, enjoyed bowling at Parklanes, Riverview, travelling, activities and coffee times at Spencer Memorial Home and spending quality time with his family. Vaughn will be sadly missed by his children, Betty Lane (Davies), Sharon Rankin (Keith), Eugene Steeves, all of Moncton; grandchildren, Kim, Stephen (Diane), Cheryl (Tim), Colleen, Robin (Lynn); great grandchildren, Shawn, Lesley-Dawn, Samantha, Erica, Robynne, Stephanie, Victoria, Rebecca, Dynan, Sarah, Steven; great great grandson, Kaiden; brothers, Martin (Greta), Lower Coverdale, Ernest (Vivian), Ivan (Velma), both of Moncton; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Vera M. Steeves (March 2009); grandson, Allen (1979); sisters, Vivian, Lena, Geraldine. No visitation by personal request.
