GAUVIN, RITA - 93, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at the Villa Providence in Shediac. Born on April 29, 1916 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Melas and Dina (Bourgeois ) LeBlanc. She worked at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital for 25 years before retiring in 1981. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and was the last survivor of her immediate family. Besides her husband Arthur, she is predeceased by her sisters: Yvonne, Alma and Della; her brothers: Aurele, Alyre and Emile. Resting at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). The funeral mass will be held at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C. Church, Moncton on Saturday January 9 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
