DOIRON, STELLA - Stella Doiron, 92, wife of the late J. Camille Doiron, who resided at the O'Bons Soins Residence, Shediac and formerly of Grand Barachois passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, February 8, 2010 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born December 3, 1917 in Barachois, she was the daughter of the late François "Frank" Gaudet and the late Jacqueline Arsenault. She will be sadly missed by her four children: Bernice Doiron of Moncton, Jean-Guy (Linda) of Beaconsfield, Montréal, Odette Doiron-Melanson (late Maurice) of Grand Barachois and Moril "Moe" of Trois-Ruisseaux; three sisters: Rita Léger (late Blair) and Lorraine Caissie both of Grand Barachois, Marina Bourque (late Bernard) of Shediac; three brothers: Aquila Gaudet (Dorine), Ulric Gaudet (Jeanne) and Merville Gaudet all of Grand Barachois; five grandchildren: Jean-Guy Jr., Ashley, Lynn, Martine, Denis; seven great grandchildren: Chanelle, Mylène, Alexandre, Yanic, Grace, Jack and Cove; two special friends Edna and Emery Gallant of Grand Barachois, and by many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband J. Camille (1995), she is also predeceased by a sister Irène McFadden and by two brothers: Edgar and Léo Gaudet. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday, from 9 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Saint-Henri Roman Catholic Church, Grand Barachois. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
