STEVENSON, ALTON EARLE - 1930 - 2010 - The death of Alton Earle Stevenson, husband of Jessie, of Redmond Street, Moncton occurred at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, February 15th 2010. Born in O'Dell, NB on March 23 1930 he was the son of the late Nelson and Mary (Wright) Stevenson. Alton had served in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Electronic Technician for 20 years prior to his retirement after which he worked as a TV Technician and with the Corp of Commissionaires. In addition to his wife Jessie (Jobe) he is survived by his children Mary Ann Barry of Toronto, Agnes Pellerin (Norm) of Notre Dame, Lawrence (Paulette) of Moncton, Earle Lester (Donna) of Edmonton, Alton James (Heather) of Moncton, his sisters Ethel of Fredericton and Edith of Ontario, he is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Cadman Bowness Funeral Home (857-1110) 114 Alma Street, Moncton with visiting hours on Wednesday evening, February 17th from 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 18 at 1 pm in Cadman Bowness Funeral Home.
