The passing of Howard Brunswick Randall of Fredericton, NB, husband of Eva (Ward) Randall occurred on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at York Manor Nursing Home. Born on June 27, 1933 in Fernmount, NB, he was the son of the late Chipman and Mary (Lawson) Randall. He was a Millwright at Gill’s Mill. Howard was a member of the CNIB Fredericton. He enjoyed bowling and loved spending time with family. In addition to his wife, Howard is survived by his sisters, Isabel Smith of Marysville, NB and Florence Murray of Lakeville Corner, NB; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Dorothy Ward of Salmon Creek, NB; sisters-in-law, Darlene Murray of Fredericton, NB and Phyllis Randall of Milton, ON. Besides his parents, Howard was predeceased by his brother, Robert Randall; father-in-law, Bonar Ward; brothers-in-law, Gerald Murray and Elmer Smith.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will take place in Chipman Baptist Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the CNIB, Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
