The family of Theresa O\'Connell would like to express their sincere gratitude to all family and friends for their thoughtfulness and support during this very difficult time. To all of the staff at Miner\'s Memorial Manor thank you for treating Theresa with kindness, dignity, and compassion over the past few years. Thank you to Dr. Kohlsmith for the conscientious care he provided as well as all the staffs of the Northside General Hospital and the E.M.S.. Thank you to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent food, flowers, cards of condolence, E-mails, Mass cards and made donations in Theresa\'s memory. To Fr. Jim Attwood for his prayers, his comforting and inspiring funeral service, the St. Joseph\'s Church Choir, The Ladies Auxiliary for the refreshments many thanks. To Melissa Penny and Winifred Burt for their readings, pallbearers and Harry Halliday, Blair Halliday, Purcel Halliday, John Brogan, Bill Nicholson, Clayton Penny we are forever grateful for your contributions to the services. Thank you to all of the staff at W.J. Dooley\'s Funeral\'s Home especially Dan Campbell for the dignity and warmth they provided in preparing Theresa for her final resting place. To anyone who has not been mentioned thank you for the keeping us in your thoughts.
