It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Pat McEachen, on Monday, February 22, with her family by her side.

Predeceased by her loving husband, Carl and her parents.

Pat will be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughters, Linda, Kathy (Greg), Barbie (Mark), Laurie (Steve); her sons David and Dennis (Carolyn). Gramma will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Sheila, Teria, Nathan, Stacey, Micale, Mika, and Zoe; her step-grandchildren, Kelly and Bobbi; and her great-grandchildren, Natasha, Azriel, Sydney and Zyia.

Mom has enjoyed the last 60 years in Kamloops. She has affected many lives through sports, from coaching all her children, to many others, young and old. Mom enjoyed life to the fullest from coaching and playing hard-ball, soft-ball, playing soccer, bowling, curling, lawn bowling, golfing, cross-country skiing and horse-shoes. Mom was an avid horse-woman for many years, which carried through to her children and grandchildren. Mom participated in the B.C. Senior Games from 1988 - 2002, bringing home many medals.

Mom had many hobbies from stained-glass, pottery, knitting, building and decorating bird houses. She loved her rose garden and was an excellent gardener. She had a passion for fishing with family and friends, and always caught the biggest and the most.

Mom had many animals in her life, from Moss ... Mr. Tubbs. She recently lost her best friend, Tessie. Mom was looking forward to her new puppy, Molly but Zoe will look after her for Gramma.

Please join the family for a Celebration of Pat’s life, Friday, March 5th at 11:00 a.m. at the Full Gospel Tabernacle, 1550 Tranquille Road.

Should friends desire, donations to the Kamloops S.P.C.A., 1211 - 8th Street, Kamloops, B.C. V2B 2Y3 in memory of Pat would be appreciated.
