Goddard - Mrs. Gwen Goddard of Pleasant Ave. Sussex passed away on March 1, 2010 at the age of 64. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (Starkey) Ferris. Gwen is survived by her husband Ensley, her daughter Monique McPhee (Kirk) Sussex, four sons: Steve Vancouver, BC, Tony (Annette) Borden, ON, Larry (Patsy) of Havelock, Chris (Rosmary) Fredericton; two step children: Rick (Diane) Guelph, ON and Cindy Jeans (Brian) of Shelburne, ON. 13 grandchildren: 12 great grandchildren; her brother Cecil Ferris (Iris) Bagdad and five sisters: Glenna McIntyre Wiarton, ON, Marilyn Foster (Maurice) Owen Sound, ON, Ella MacNiel Guelph, ON, Rita Brown of Edmonton AB, and Mary Breedon Drayton, ON.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Thursday 2-4 and 6-8pm. A Celebration of Gwen’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Mill Cove Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
