Constantine, Sadie L. (1916 – 2010) - Sadie L. Constantine, 93, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, March 1, 2010. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Laura (Ricker) Power. Sadie was a former employee of the T. Eaton Co. Ltd., a member of Parkside Baptist Church for over 60 years, and at one time, was active in the Lois Winters Missionary Group, the Eva Crandall Bible Study Group and was also a former Sunday School teacher and Pioneer Girls Leader. Sadie will be sadly missed by her daughter, Lillian, with whom she resided; son, Larry (Patricia), Ottawa, ON; sisters, Eileen Fenton, Saint John, Amy Rea, Moncton, Emma Gross (Clyde), Riverview; brother, Leo Power (Audrey), Lower Coverdale; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, predeceased by her husband Fred “Ted” Constantine (June 1994); sisters, Nellie Kendrick and Effie Milton; brothers, Rowley, Hansel and Gordon Power.
