Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Tuesday March 2, 2010, of E. Carl Hunter of Indian River aged 66 years. Born in Indian River on Dec. 3, 1943, son of the late Eustace and Jean (Ramsay) Hunter. Husband of Joyce (Harrington) Hunter. Father of Donald (Marla) and Kevin (Mary) Hunter all of Indian River. Grandfather to Matthew, Lydia, Kale and Cameron Hunter. Brother of Earl (Mary) Hunter, Calgary and Pauline MacAusland, Indian River. Brother-in-law of Wayne (Shirley) Harrington, Spring Valley, Darlyene Harrington, Charlottetown, and Shawna (Ron) Johnstone, Burlington. Uncle of Robert (Cindy), Mark (Angela) Hunter all of Calgary, Kathy (Donnie) Harrison, New Brunswick, Sandra (Scott) Harrington MacDonald, New Brunswick, Dale Harrington and Susan Harrington both of Spring Valley. Predeceased by brother, James, and infant sister, Evelyn Hunter, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Layton and Gladys Harrington. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Friday from 3 to 4:30 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery Malpeque.
