Port au Port West

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jeff Doucette announce his passing in Orangeville, Ontario on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at the age of 27 years. He will be sadly missed by his common-law wife, Tisha Kendall and family dog Minnie, his parents, Russel and Phyllis Doucette of Port au Port West, sister, Penney (Byron) Knott of Port au Port West, niece, Shelby Knott, nephew, Jacob Knott, parents-in-law, Gerard and Philomena Kendall of Piccadilly, sister-in-law, Kristy (Johnny) Duffney of Piccadilly and his nephew, Blake Duffney, grandmother, Florence MacDonald of Campbell’s Creek, grandparents-in-law, James and Elizabeth Vallis of Lourdes as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Emmanuel and Genevieve Doucette, grandfather, Michael MacDonald and uncle, Ronnie Doucette. Friends may call at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, March 10th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East with Cremation to follow. Interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations to a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Stephenville.
