Passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 21, 2008, Barbara Penney of Charlottetown, aged 67 years. Predeceased by parents Noah and Drucella Greening, brother Wayne, sisters Sadie Ralph and Annie Peddle. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Lloyd of 49 years; daughters Josie (Patrick Power) of Mount Pearl; Lorraine of St. Catherine's, ON; sons Earl (Jackie) of Gander, Ivan (Wanda) of Charlottetown and brother and sisters and three grandchildren Sam, Kirsten, Dillion and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Salvation Army Citadel, Charlottetown. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 24, 2008 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Charlottetown, with interment at Community Cemetery, Charlottetown. Donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Home League of Charlottetown.
