Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre on March 15, 2010, Dorothy Mills, RN, age 91 years. Trained at the General Hospital, post graduate studies from the University of Toronto, originally from Old Perlican. Leaving to mourn her family: Royden Mills (Muriel), Jenny Bursey, William Mills, Airdrie Miller (Wayne), Fred Mills (Sarah), Shirley White, Rodney Mills; as well as a number of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to The Geriatric Psyc Day Hospital of the L.A. Miller Centre, the staff of Cambridge Estates and the Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Centre. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Tuesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, from Barrett’s Chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
