DROVER, Susie - Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital, Wednesday, March 11, 2009, surrounded by her loving family, Susie Drover of Upper Island Cove, age 89 years. Predeceased by her husband William (1981), daughter Joan Osborne (2007), infant daughter Sarah Drover (1944) and grandson Brian Osborne (2004). Left to mourn the loss of the most wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, and Mother-in-law are: sons Raymond Drover (Evelyn), Gerald Drover (Jean), both of Upper Island Cove; daughters Marcie Neil (Johnny) of Spaniard’s Bay, Jean Parsons (Ted) of Churchill Falls, son-in-law Edward (Eddie) Osborne of Upper Island Cove, thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Hussey’s Funeral Home. Funeral service to take place Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Upper Island Cove with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
