It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Berenna March (Waugh) on Sunday, March 15, 2009.
Berenna was the daughter of the late Lodrick Osmond and Marjorie Brown.
She is survived by her husband, Allen ‘Seanie’ March; her daughters, Joan (Norm) Brideau, Chatham, Ont., Esther (Grant), North Sydney; sons, Lloyd (Kathleen) Waugh, Toronto, Ont., David (Carol) Waugh, Edmonton; stepson, Dannie March, Sydney Mines. Also surviving 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four sisters, six brothers, and her stepmother, Alice Osmond.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Emerson Waugh, sons, Billy and Bobby Waugh and her brother, Sam Osmond.
Visitation Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Francis Funeral Home, Sydney Mines. The funeral will take place Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. Matthew Wesley United Church, North Sydney, with Rev. David Luker officiating. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery, North Sydney.
