Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on March 17, 2009, Claudine Chafe, age 79 years. Leaving to mourn loving husband Frederick; sons Frederick (Ann) and Randy (Patsy); grandchildren Curtis (Patty), Jason (Krista), Peter (Kristen); great-grandchildren Cole, Jacob and Alixie; sisters Grace and Olga (Roland); brothers Joseph, Raymond, George (Joan); brother-in-law Ronald (Grace); sister-in-law Kay; also many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation to be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 and Thursday, March 19, 2009 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and on Friday, March 20, 2009 from 10 a.m. - 12 Noon. Funeral service to take place from St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Goulds on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Presentation Cemetery, Goulds.
