Peacefully, at the palliative care unit of the Community Hospital, O'Leary, on Thursday, March 19, 2009, of Elizabeth MacDonald, of Milo, aged 64 years, wife of the late Stanley K. MacDonald. Born in Elmsdale on July 30, 1944, daughter of the late Emerson and Hazel (MacAusland) Hardy. Loving mother of Beverley Wells (John Dennis), Cornwall; James (Joanne), Milo; Doreen (Jim) MacLean, Lethbridge Alta.; David (Carla), Milo; and Heather, Milo. Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Erin, Ryan, Nicole, Colton, and Brayden. Adoring great-grandmother of Samantha. Sister of Vernon Hardy, Elmsdale; Cleve Hardy, Elmsdale; Muriel Griffiths, Winnipeg; Allison (Frances) Hardy, Mississauga, Ont.; Christine (Byron) Hardy, Rexdale, Ont.; Dorothy (Charles) Gray, Lindsey, Ont.; Eldon (Cora) Hardy, Mill River; and Fred (Marilyn) Hardy, B.C. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours on Saturday, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Sunday at 2 p.m., from the chapel.
