Madelyne Mary Mason, 64, Plymouth, formerly of New Glasgow, passed away suddenly, Saturday, March 21, 2009.
Born in Pelly, Saskatchewan, she was a daughter of the late Vasily “Bill” and Masha Mary (Barabonoff) Legebokoff.
She was employed with Pictou County Home Health Care. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her son, Robert Mason, Cold Lake, Alta.; daughter-in-law, Heidi Zinck, New Glasgow; sisters, Olga Kulyk, Medicine Hat, Alta.; Helen (Drew) Nicholson, Richmond, B.C.; grandchildren: Daniel, Liam and Reilly Mason; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by sisters, Marge and Anna; brothers, Michael and Buck.
There will be no funeral service by request.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
