Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park Nursing Home on Saturday, March 28, 2009, Hubert Tucker 1926-2009. Predeceased by his wife: Marion (March 17, 1992); sisters: Lean, Alice, Sarah “Sadie” and brother: Gordon. Leaving to mourn are niece/daughter: Suzanne Hibbs (Warrick); great-niece/granddaughter: Jacqueline Rowsell (Mike); greatgreat nephew: Terrell Rowsell; sister: Isabelle Dawe of Port De grave and Lila Harvey of Tallahassee, Florida as well as a large circle of other relatives. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Barrett’s Chapel on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
