Peacefully with her family by her side at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O’Leary, on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, of Vera Gladys Pearle Robinson of West Devon, age 87. Wife of the late William Robinson. Born in Glengarry on June 21, 1921, daughter of the late Percy and Pearl (Collicutt) Baglole. Cherished mother of Pearl (Horace) MacNevin, West Devon; Claude (Gaylene), Conway; Donald (Betty), Coleman; Ruby Barry, Edmonton, AB; Emma Robinson, West Devon; Wilma (Ewen) Stetson, Unionvale. Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sons, George, Kevin; grandson, Troy. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Friday 2-5 p.m. Funeral on Saturday in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in the West Devon United Church Cemetery. Memorials to the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home or West Devon United Church would be appreciated.
