SACKVILLE, N.B. - The death of Louise Babcock, age 87, of Sackville, occurred at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 16, 2007. Born in Aboushagan Road, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Mary Belle (Lerette) Sears. She was a member of the Aboushagan Rd. Hall Sunday School, and the Main St. Baptist Church. A homemaker, she was well known throughout the community and area. Louise will be sadly missed by her granddaughter Heather (Richard) Bundy, Dartmouth, N.S.; three great grandchildren Josh, Cherelle and Simone; a brother Wesley, Amherst, N.S.; two sisters Julia Bulmer, Sackville, and Mildred Lynn, Vancouver, B.C.; sister-in-law Ella Sears, Sackville; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Russell in 1987; her foster son Harold Thompson in 1981; sisters Irene (twin) and Greta; and brothers Lloyd, Beverley, Vernon, Robert and Harold. The remains have been entrusted into the care of the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville (364-1300) with visitation held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 2 p.m., Rev.
