Louise D. Sanford, 83, of Smith Avenue, Parrsboro passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Advocate Harbour, she was a daughter of the late Hibbard and Imogene (Webster) Sanford. She was employed with the Royal Bank in Parrsboro for more than 40 years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of the Parrsboro Baptist Church. She is survived by nieces, Wendy Cox (Terry), South Branch, Col. Co.; Rosemary Morris (Allen Shepherd), Advocate Harbour; her friend, Audrey Johnston, Windsor. She was predeceased by a sister in infancy; brothers, Russell, Knowlton, Waldron. Funeral service was held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro, Rev. Greg Doyle officiating. Burial in the Advocate Cemetery.
